Shipping and Delivery Policy  
 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

Order Processing  

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days; each candle is handmade bespoke to your order.  

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in mainland UK over £50. If you are not within this area you may incur extra postage fees. If this is the case, you will be notified to pay the postal fee for the area. For all other orders under £50 shipping will be charged at £3.99.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

If dispatch is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number. We will do everything we can to locate the lost item. 

If your package has been marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
